Packages
Purchasing a package is a great way to save money on your appointments.
We currently have two packages available. A 3-appointment package for $150.00 and a 5-appointment package for $200.00. You can use the appointments at any time during the year.
What to Expect After You Purchase
After you purchase a package, you will be sent an email. Please save this email. It will be titled "Your Package is Ready" and if you scroll to the bottom, you will see a link to redeem your bookings.

How to Redeem an Appointment
The "Redeem Your Bookings" link takes you to your bookings page, allowing you to redeem one of your appointments, see how many appointments are left in your package, and see when your package expires.

If you lose the email containing the link to your bookings page, you can redeem your appointments by clicking the "Manage My Appointments" tab on our website.
How to Purchase a Package
To purchase a package, go to Book Appointment.
The packages are available on the drop-down bar. As seen below.

Terms & Rules for Packages
The purchaser may NOT transfer or assign the appointments in their package to another person.
Package purchases are final. There are no refunds or pro-rated refunds on packages.
You will have a year to use your appointments. The expiration date will be clearly stated on the bookings page. You must use the appointments within the year or you will lose them.
Package appointments can be used for any pet within your home.
Once you have used all the appointments within a package, you are eligible to purchase another package immediately. We do not limit you to one package per year.
We reserve the right to create new package deals at any time. This will NOT affect your current package. It would only involve future purchases.
We reserve the right to change the terms, cancel, or terminate package deals at any time. As required by law, you would be given a 30-day notice of any changes.
Packages are paid for in-full and in-advance. We do not sign you up for a subscription.
There are no auto-renewals. We do not hold any credit card information on file.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms, including any changes or updates.
