  • You will be given a 30-minute appointment time with Dr. Banks
  • Only one pet can be seen during an appointment.
  • Pet Prescriptions are available and may be discussed during the visit
  • You must have your pet present during the video call
  • Zoom Meeting Links are sent to your email after you complete your purchase 
  • You need to download the Zoom App to your phone before your appointment starts
  • To cancel, reschedule, or join the Zoom meeting, click the "My Appointments" tab on our home page.
